New Ways of Working and Employee In-Role Performance in Swiss Public Administration

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, public organizations are tempted to introduce practices that allow employees work independently of time and space. However, little is known about impact such on employees’ outcomes. The purpose this study investigate relationship between New Ways Working (NWW) in-role performance, while also considering role outcome-oriented culture plays in relationship. Hierarchical regression models used analyze a sample 1204 at cantonal level Switzerland.
